2. What data we collect

When you use the contact form, we may process:

• Navn
• Emailadresse
• Virksomhed (valgfrit)
• Emne og beskedindhold
• Tekniske oplysninger som er nødvendige for at levere formularen (fx tidspunkt for indsendelse)

We also store language and cookie preferences locally in your browser (localStorage) so the site can remember your choices.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to reply to your enquiry and continue a relevant conversation about possible work. The legal basis is GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering a contract) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in operating and improving our business contact).

4. Sharing and processors

The contact form is delivered via FormSubmit to our email. FormSubmit processes the submission as a processor to deliver the message to us. We do not sell your data. The website host may process technical server logs as needed.

5. Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as relevant to the conversation and any follow-up — typically up to 24 months, unless longer retention is required for legal or business reasons (e.g. an ongoing matter).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:
